Fresh, classy scent with hints of lemon juice, grapefruit, lemon balm; fresh and elegant on the tongue, very lively with fresh acidity, which continues in the finish. A wine that reminded me of snowflakes, with two to three years further potential and goes well with seafood, pancakes with vegetable and meat filling or schnitzel.
