In the nose cherry pie, milk chocolate, leather, with a hint of sage, which makes the wine interesting; round, mouth-filling, voluptuous body; also in the finish a mass of wine, fruity with round, ripe tannins, long-lasting and with a pleasant pepper note. A wine that reminds of a paddle steamer, with a good 8 to 10 years of potential. Well with rump steak, roasted boar or venison joint.
