Noble scent of ripe apples, yellow pears, caramel; on the tongue a strong and gentle stream at the same time, on the basis of which greet remotely green summer apples; strong finish with a nice bite and subtle reverberation of white pepper. A wine like a river cruise with three to four years of further potential which works well as an aperitif for toasting on occasions, to asparagus salad as to mussels or veal schnitzel.
