Delicately fruity fragrance with notes of sloe, sea buckthorn, plum jam; solid body with a lot of backbone, from which fruity notes rise, slightly peppered; with a finely built, gently peppery finish. A wine like a drum solo, with four to five years of further potential and great with smoked bacon, roast beef with onions or wild goulash.
