Deep scent with hints of sea buckthorn, dark chocolate, hazelnuts, charcoal; full-bodied, really mouth-filling body with a lot of fruit and enamel that tells a long story, subtly underlaid with white pepper, with a wonderfully soft, almost aristocratic finish. A wine like an opera ball, with well six to eight years of potential, which matches nice for beef steak - also rare - as for leg of lamb or venison saddle.
