Even when you smell it, an intense, haunting scent with notes of morello compote, tobacco, tar, dark chocolate; on the tongue a very full, warm body with elegant fruit; elegant finish with gentle tannins. A wine that I give six to eight years of further development, and well with braised beef, fillet steak or venison.
