2021 Scheurebe Spaetlese

Deep fruity scent of mango, roasted almonds, blossom honey; on the tongue a bath in fruity-elegant sweetness with caramel notes and gently restrained temperament in the underground; lots of lively, elegant sweetness in the finish - a wine that reminded me of alpenglow. With a future of a good five to six years and goes well with savory grilled steaks, because the sweetness caresses the savory, goes as well with fruit desserts or as a dessert wine.
