On the tongue a tasty wine with subtle salty notes (!) and hints of rhubarb compote; calm finish, in which the fruit and the salty notes are lingering, as well as with a touch of spiciness reminiscent of ginger. Nice with smoked salmon, curry chicken schnitzel with cream sauce.
