Very present fragrance with hints of bergamot, kumquats, artichokes, with a touch of rosemary with an equally present body. A wine that clings to itself with a solidly built substructure, ripe and full, but always remaining virulent; with nutty notes reminiscent of black pepper in the finish. A drop that has something solid, like a representative building, with a good four to five years of further potential, and matching well with Quiche Lorraine, steaks as well as salted pork or grilled pork knuckle.
