Beautiful petrol note accompanied by peach compote, mirabelle jam plus a hint of red pepper; lush, mouth-filling body with sweetness floating on terroirotes, subtle notes of honey; lush finish, in which the honey notes announce themselves vigorously and fade away in ripened Riesling race. A wine reminiscent of a marching band, with a further potential of about eight to ten years. Nice as aperitif with olives and cheese pastries as well as a very nice dessert wine.
