Vornehm elegante Reife, wie man sie selten erlebt, macht den Wein zu etwas Besonderem. Schon in der Nase ein Duft, der Überraschungen bietet, mit Noten von Marillen, lebhaften Kräuterboten sowie einem Hauch Kokos; voleifer ausladender Körper von vornehm-eleganter Reife, unterlegt von Holzfass- und leicht salzigen Noten, das in dieser Reife mit den Holzfassnoten in ein sehr harmonisches Finish mündet. Passt gut zu Räucherfisch, Kassler mit Sauerkraut oder zu würzigen Grillstaeks.
