The nose experiences a distinguished fragrance accompanied by race, reminiscent of lemon zest, summer apples, candied orange peel including walnuts, delicately smoky accompanied; on the palate, a very firmly built body opens up, in which the lemon zest and candied orange peel reappear, which flows into a distinctive, slightly peppery finish that animates the next sip as elegant as it is spirited. Nice with old hard cheese, smoked salmon, roast veal or roasted duck.
