to the 2020 Waldulmer Pfarrberg Pinot Noir dry, matured in barriques, quality wine Baden, 14.5%: An emphatically harmonious drop; flatteringly gentle-round bouquet with notes of morello cherry compote, plum jam, vanilla and a tick of oak; soft, supple body with fruit and glaze underlaid with a tick of caramel; very harmonious finish.

for the duo edition "Bastian Fiala – Art meets Wine", 2022 Pinot Noir Spaetlese dry Praedikatswein Baden, 13.5%, two bottles each in a double pack with the exclusive art labels from Bastian Fiala. A wine of international flair; in the nose notes of blackberry jam, cherry liqueur, nougat, walnuts, black pepper plus an interesting tiny mint tone; very rich on the palate; round finish with memories of dark chocolate and black pepper again, which accompanies you in a harmonious way throughout.
All these wines go wonderfully with game and dark meat, the last one also with cigars.

for this wine: 2020 Waldulmer Pfarrberg Pinot Noir Auslese dry Praedikatswein Baden with a whopping 15%. Very, very much strength! In the nose the classic cherry notes, such as morello cherries compote and cherry cake, gently underpinned with herbal notes - such as lovage - and gentle pepper notes; on the tongue an explosion of fruit, a lot of power and full-bodied, underpinned by a gentle peppery note; harmonious finish with glaze and hints of dark chocolate, the whole thing like a top-interesting espresso.
Waldulmer Winzergenossenschaft
Around 100 members of the Waldulm winegrowers' cooperative produce the best grapes, mainly Pinot Noir, on around 100 hectares of vineyards on the edge of the Black Forest mountains. They are mainly south-east vineyards, which look out from a side valley to the Black Forest’s main ridge and soak up the morning sun. In this way, the wines, mainly grown on granite weathered soils, develop their own and such an excellent character.
