Fruity nose with hints of pineapple, honeydew melon, shortbread; calmly elegant body with strength and gently glaze slightly underlaid with white pepper; tasty, winous finish. A wine like an asparagus field, with two to three years of further potential and nice with summer salads, asparagus salad, mixed starters and with mussels.
